Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  If for some reason, you are not, please contact us via the email form and we will arrange a return.  We are unable to offer returns through PayPal as the surcharge is $20.00.  Instead, we will send a check upon receipt of the returned item.  So far, this has been a rare occurence!  The shipping fee is non-refundable

We are happy to do an exchange.  If something is not how you pictured it or doesn't fit quite right, please contact us via email and return the piece.  We will send you the new piece asap.  If there is a price discrepancy we will cover it by check.  We will send a refund with the new piece.  Should you owe us, please send a check with the return.  Please note that our rings come in whole sizes only and are sculptural in nature.  If possible, visit a local shop or fair to try the rings.  Otherwise, be happy experimenting and see how they fit on fingers you may not usually have jewelry on!

Shipping

We ship most items within the week.  If it will be longer, we will email right away with an estimated time.  Please remember that all pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind.

We use USPS with a delivery confirmation receipt.  If you prefer a different provider, please email us and we will get a quote for you.

At this time, we only ship in North America.  If you would like to place an international order, please use the email form to send the information and we will get a quote for you.
