A long time ago I made many asymmetrical earrings. My daughter was looking thru old photos and suggested I make some more so here they are. These are all aluminum and inspired by the many cool pieces of metal found squashed and trampled by the roadside. Ear wires are sterling.
aluminum wires that have been squashed with textures and some scrap aluminum with a nice series of marks and scratches from sitting around the junkyard. and some of these new fun low-fire enamels!
Necklace made from scrap wire and condensed milk lids cut into strips and tied together with beads and wire. Chain is aluminum and has a side clasp. Epoxy joint left showing.
armature wire that has been squashed with lots of different patterns and wound into a bracelet. this whole series of jewelry is inspired by the beautiful pieces of metal found on the roadside that have been trampled on by man and nature!
These are made from a tray for fancy tea sugar sticks. I love this shade of blue and the overall patterns.
